Amenity Buildings Refurbishment
There are two amenities blocks in the village. This one by the main lake was in a sorry state when the property changed hands. The decision was made to gut the building and start from scratch.
At the present, the building is a shell awaiting fitting and finishing. Those enjoying Helidon Spas' accommodations on the main lake-side will appreciate the convenience of closer amenities once complete.
The main amenities block was also refurbished in 22/23. The roof needed attention and new toilets, showers, fixtures and fittings were installed.
